Overload Fitness was born from a simple idea: what if tracking your workouts could be social, motivating, and actually help you get stronger?

The Story

I built Overload Fitness because I wanted something that didn't exist: a social workout tracker. I wanted to see what my friends were doing in the gym, use their workouts to improve mine, and stay accountable to my fitness goals.

The idea was simple but powerful - visualize data like comparing strength levels, create leaderboards, and most importantly, be able to view someone else's workout and copy it as a template. If your friend is getting great results, why not try their routine?

As a lifelong athlete and gym enthusiast who's been lifting 4 days a week for the last 10 years and gained 50 pounds of muscle, I knew exactly what features lifters actually needed.
